Editing

I have extensive experience in editorial leadership and communications, having edited full-length academic manuscripts as well as creative work. Previously, I have held roles as the secretary of the Oxford University Poetry Society, the admin manager of the Oxford Postcolonial and World literatures Seminar, and the MCR Ethnic Diversity Officer at Merton College.

I am currently the editorial, publicity and communications manager at PR&TA literary journal.

I have worked as a researcher and editor at the Faculty of English, University of Oxford from 2020-2024, predominantly providing research assistance on, and copy-editing for, various academic projects. I have also peer-reviewed for The Journal of Postcolonial Writing and Modernism/ Modernity.

I have co-edited a special issue on "The Postcolonial Anthropocene: Contemporaries in Crisis" as part of my collaborative work in The Postcolonial Anthropocene Research Network.

I was a Special Features Editor at the Oxford Research in English journal run from the Faculty of English, where I curated, wrote for, and edited the special features section in the issue on Craft. I participated in broader journal curation, editing and peer-reviewing activities at the same journal from 2016 to 2019.

In addition to this, I have worked as a sub-editor, written for, and participated in editorial curation at Tehelka magazine, Times of India, and DNA, as an intern between 2009-2012.
